National American Miss on the Pageantry Magazine Podcast

NAM National Director Steve Mayes had a chance to talk with Pageantry Magazines Editor Carl Dunn on the Pageantry Podcast - Here's the write-up, click on the picture below to listen:

Growing Confidence: Pageantry interviews Steve Mayes, the national director of NAM. National American Miss has created a revolution in the pageant industry. How did they do it? In a relatively short time, NAM has experienced tremendous growth. This program goes beyond performance, beyond awards, and beyond one winner. It is innovatively designed to build life skills and grow confidence in each and every participant.

NAM is perhaps best known nationwide as a recognized leader of the natural "no makeup" movement in pageantry for younger participants. Through an age-appropriate focus for all age levels, a concert-level stage and light production, and top notch judging, National American Miss has set new standards and inspiration for all of pageantry. The noticeably different feel of a NAM event, the documented improvement that the participants have had at school; everything says that this is something new, and could be the new face of pageantry as we know it.
